Adele Lawson
Adele comes to us with a background of having studied Holistic Therapies and Sport and Exercise Science, before graduating in Physiotherapy from the University of Ulster in 2009.
Since qualifying, Adele has worked in sports and for the NHS, where she is currently an Advanced Physiotherapist within the Musculoskeletal setting.
Since relocating to Scotland Adele has continued to add to her knowledge and skills, qualifying in Acupuncture and becoming a level 3 Pilates Instructor.
She is also first team Physiotherapist at her local rugby club, specializing in sports injury rehabilitation. She has a proven track record, having rehabilitated many players back onto the pitch! Adele has also been the physio for a Scotland’s Strongest Man Athlete!
In her spare time, Adele enjoys attending the gym and has special interests in weight lifting and CrossFit workouts. She has been involved in numerous sports over the years but particularly excelled in hockey and volleyball, playing International Volleyball for Northern Ireland Ladies.

Peter Reid
Peter is the Lead Physiotherapist at PM Physio. Peter qualified from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2009 and has worked in various NHS settings, private clinics and sports teams since. He is currently works in NHS Forth Valley as an Advanced Physiotherapist, highly specialised in the Musculoskeletal specialty. He has a passion for all sports, with a keen interest in football, running and general fitness. He has treated numerous athletes and keen sports people for a variety of injuries over the years.
Peter has extensive experience in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy with the vast majority of this experience being in outpatient clinics such as ours. He has completed his Diploma in Spinal and Peripheral Orthopaedic Medicine, training advanced diagnosis and treatment skills. Peter has also completed his acupuncture training and is qualified to carry out acupuncture treatments here in the clinic. Although we do not offer steroid injections at our clinic, Peter has trained in injection therapy, and so can give clients an insight as to whether or not it may be effective to treat their condition.

Alison McInally
Alison gained a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University in 1997.
She has 25 years experience working in the NHS and other private sports injury clinics.
Within NHS Forth Valley she has a dual role, working as an Advanced Physiotherapist in the Musculoskeletal field, as well as being a back pain specialist in her Extended Scope Practitioner (ESP) role in Orthopaedics.
Alison has gained further qualifications since her University training, including a diploma in Peripheral and Spinal Orthopaedic Medicine. Alison has also been fully trained in Acupuncture for 22 years!
Alison is a former competitive gymnast, having represented Scotland many times. She still enjoys keeping fit and active, attending various fitness classes.
